I'm looking to see if anyone is interested in a portable (small, live cd, pen drive) social Linux distro. By social I mean using the AUR, people easily being able to heavily customize it, and share their copy with everyone else. I was thinking of something similar to FaunOS. If I decide to make it, it will be based on Arch Linux.
Please tell me what you think. Further ideas are most welcome.
Hi
WHy not bring this up in Arch forum as well? They will be able to give you some great ideas. Personally I'm not sure if I'll be interested in a portable OS as i have no use for it, I simply use Arch everywhere even in my USB keys as it's so lightweight, but I give your plans thumbs up.
