i'd be interested in a little more precise review - especially for non-turkish users.
and how good is this "not using systemd" - what init system is it using?
according to distrowatch, pisi is not based on any other distro - good, but does it work?

Pisi Linux is a GNU/Linux distribution based on the old Pardus Linux with its famous PiSi package management system. It's an operating system for desktop computer with software for listening to music, browsing the Internet and creating documents. Pisi Linux is built from scratch on a stable base, but many core user applications, such as the Firefox web browser or the VLC media player, are kept constantly up to date. To increase the distribution's user friendliness, Flash player and many multimedia codecs are installed and pre-configured for immediate use.

I have written reviews for other distros before. I can't do one at the moment, but i'll write one in a week. I'll pm you once i've done it if you want? If you would like one sooner DavidMcCann does a lot, and may do one for you if you asked him.
and thanks to knightron for the offer. feel free to pm me, but for god's sake don't anybody write a review esp. for me.
i think i'll try PISI, but there's a few aspects that i don't like:
- the history outlined in the linuxbsdos article - not exactly ideal circumstances for a distro that is not based on another one. how long will it live on... on the other hand, it's clearly much more than a 1-man-project.
- the 1.1 version only comes with a kde desktop. i'm not a fan of kde or in fact any big DE.
but still, it's worth trying something that is new, or rather different, under the hood!

I was a pardus fan (pisi comes from pardus ashes), I'm happy to see this project alive
it use mudur, a homemade python software for init process! the package manager is also python dependent
