I install peanut linux, and when i need to set the xfree86 installation it detects my video card(Banshee) but not my monitor(Proview PX-765) so i do a custom installation according to my monitors manual. But when i do the test or try to run a kdm installation all i see is some fuzzy lines and colors, and after a few secs it jumpes back to text mode...
Well your going to want to mess with some configurations, get the exact specs that your monitor can handle and try that. Or you can also try a Generic Monitor and see if that gets you anywhere.
Nope, nothing works, i configured my video and monitor exactly.
I even chose generic settings but still nothing...
Well i guess i shouldn't use Peanut-Linux...
The red-hat installer did everything by itself.
