Have anyone heard of openfiler?

I check their faq and notice that openfiler does not support addition of users and groups to the local system. But in the faq it said " Voluna Software provides an Openfiler plugin that implements a directory server locally where you can add users and groups to the local system and not require any external network authentication directory server."

doen anyone have any Idea where i can get this plugin?
