MAN, THE ADMINS HERE LOVE TO GRAB YOU BY THE BALLS. I was under the impression this was a community friendly forum. PLEASE point me to the thread with my specific question about these 4. THANKS ADMIN
Real simple, 10 words or less your favorite and why? If there is a favorite of yours not listed, feel free in 10 words tell me what and why. THANK YOU
I just confirmed, there is no thread with my question comparing user preference of these 4 only. This is my question so if you dont like it close it. In 2 days the admins here have been nothing but nasty and non supportive. Ruins the purpose of an open forum.
If an admin has closed your thread and you feel that you have issues with that, please contact the admin directly instead of posting a new thread with the same question. All that happens is that your new thread gets closed and you may possibly lose your privileges to post on this site. Cheers.
My thread was closed with no link to the apparent same question. I searched again on my own, and still found no thread with my specific question.
I posted here, cause I thought this was an open forum, and I thought the Linux community can help me get started. If I am in the wrong forum then point me in the right direction.

I am not asking for a lot.
You were informed that there was a similar thread in Linux distributions. To me, that shows that XavierP already pointed you in the right direction and its up to you to use the search function to look for threads similar to yours.
Then please find me the thread that answers my question side by side. If no one wants to help me thats fine.
If it's fine, why are you complaining?
While your specific question has not been answered, there are lots of threads along the lines of "What is the best distribution?" or "What is the best distribution for _______?," and searching for those questions would, I think, let to find people's opinions about any specific distribution, and some comparisons between distributions.
But the bottom line is that any answer to the "best" question is, mostly, a matter of personal preference.
If you have specific technical issues that you wish addressed, start a thread specific to each issue. That's more likely to get you specific answers then a vague "Please compare these four specific distributions for me," where we have no clue as to the basis of comparison in which you're interested.

As has been said above, if you have a problem with a moderator decision, tae it up with them (me, in this case) offline.
LQ has a very good search interface. Just because you ask for a list doesn't mean that it's not the exact same question that has been asked before. Also, when you create a thread there is a button which says "Has this question been asked before?", clicking it will tell you.
If you want to know what distributions everyone uses, look at their profile to the left of every post.
