Need a distro for 32MB RAM

I need a distro for my laptop. It should act as a HTTP server, but should have also X available. I think Fluxbox would be best. I'd also like to have a package manager and tools like apt or yum. The specs:
  • Pentium 200MHz
  • 32 MB RAM
  • 2GB HDD

I tried to install Ubuntu with console only, but the installed hanged at the "loading installer modules" phase with 54% (the module was netmgr) and it echoed the whole time "Killed".

Thanks, DSL is just what I need, but BFX seems to be interesting too. Thanks for help!

Debian should do the trick. Personally I would go with either Slackware 11 or and old version of Red Hat Linux
