Mouse only works in lower left corner of screen using WindowMaker on Dynebolic Linux

Hi all,
i have an older PC that i've been running GrafPup on, and recently tried to run Dynebolic. It boots up fine however the mouse pointer seems to only function in the lower left corner of the screen, in addition the menus for windowmaker are off screen in the same corner. Any attempt to move the mose pointer to the center of the screen results in the pointer jumping back to the bottom corner. i googled for boot cheatcodes but couldnt find anything. Also having trouble with torsmo returning "floating point exception" error; ive looked at use_xft but it is already disabled.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Fred Goodluuking

That's going to be difficult to fix since Dynebolic is a live CD and the xorgconfig probably isn't setting up the right protocol for your mouse.

okay, thanks, i'll look into the 'cheat codes' for mouse settings, maybe there is something there. all i have is a 3-button ps/2 mouse.
