Question Mandrake 9 and RedHat 8 + W2k

I'm in need of some Linux guru help here. I'm trying to use a boot manager (LILO) to run Mandrake 9, RedHat 8, and Windows 2000.

W2K is installed and showing up in LILO ok (setup thru Mandrake)
Mandrake shows up in LILO as well (as expected).

The problem is that I've installed RedHat 8, and the first time it rewrote the bootloader, and only showed RedHat and W2K. I couldn't get access to Mandrake after that.

So I tore out both distros, resintalled Mandrake again, and I'm back to where W2K and Mandrake are on LILO fine. RedHat has been reinstalled, but I've told it to not install a boot loader, and made a boot disk instead.

I need to figure out a way to get RedHat to show up in LILO. I suspect it would need configured through the Mandrake Control Center - but have no clue where / how to mount it.

They are all running on the same hardrive, partitioned with Partition Magic 8. All linux partitions are ext3, and there are two Linux swaps.

I think there is an easy way to do it, but I'm not clear how.

Also...question #2 - If I try to boot into RedHat using the boot disk, is it going to rewrite my MBR and screw up LILO?

Thanks much for your help.

Using the boot disk will not write or screw up the MBR.

You will need to add a section to your lilo.conf similar to MD's except modify it for the location where RH was installed and run /sbin/lilo.
