Mageia, Fedora or Slackware Full Disk Encryption with installation?

I am switching distro's. Does anyone know if Fedora, Slackware or Mageia has full disk encryption on install? I know my other choice, Arch, does.

I did use Mandrake, then Mandriva. I have tried Fedora but it has been some years and I can't remember if they had that. I never tried Slackware.

Fedora lets you encrypt /home, and I think you can encrypt / if there's a separate /boot partition. Fuduntu, Mint, OpenSUSE, PCLinuxOS, ZevenOS, and ZorinOS also have encryption available at installation. Slackware certainly doesn't, but I'm not sure about Mageia.

Thank you. If I remember correctly, Mint curerntly doesn't. PCLinuxOS doesn't which is why I never tried it, not sure about ZorinOS. And I can't remember Opensuse at all, been awhile. I want to say yes, but I am not sure. I know Mandriva didn't have it so I am going to guess Mageia doesn't have it.

Too bad Slackware doesn't. I would love to give it a try some time. So out of my list I think I might be going with Fedora, maybe Arch. Though if I remember correctly Arch had it but it was a bit more invloved, not hard but more to it.

Slackware certainly doesn't,

While it is not supported directly in the installer it is absolutely no problem to do that with Slackware, the needed documentation can be found in the repositories: http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/linux/slackw...ADME_CRYPT.TXT
