Lubuntu 15.10 x64 How to move window between workspaces

In Ubuntu I assigned CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+ARROW_KEY to move window to different workspaces.

Is there a way to switch Workspaces with my window in Lubuntu and assign a Keyboard shortcut for that, other than installing some unknown package that could mess up my configs...?

I've already edited the ~/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml with my Keyboard Shortcuts, I only want to add this workspace switcher shortcut in here.

There must be a command or way that I could add between the <command> tags.

Thank you in regards,
Daniel

You should be able to do it by editing the configuration file. The instructions for configuration are in
http://openbox.org/wiki/Help:Bindings
http://openbox.org/wiki/Help:Actions

So, if I understand it (no guarantee!), to move the current window to the left and make that the active desktop would be

<keyboard>
...
<keybind key="C-A-S-Left">
<action name="SendToDesktop"><to>left</to></action>
<action name="GoToDesktop"><to>left</to></action>
</keybind>
...
</keyboard>

That's the sort of thing which deters me from using Openbox or LXDE!
Incidentally, I use W-Left to move focus to the left window and W-Home to shift the program to it: much less finger stretching.

Thank you David, I found the keybind, someone gave me the hint on UbuntuForums

<!-- Keybindings for desktop switching -->
<keybind key="A-C-Left">
<action name="GoToDesktop">
<to>left</to>
<wrap>no</wrap>
</action>
</keybind>
<keybind key="A-C-Right">
<action name="GoToDesktop">
<to>right</to>
<wrap>no</wrap>
</action>
</keybind>

Your keybinding is actually quite useful, will think of switching the keys from A+C+Left to W+Left
