Try this website:::

http://distrowatch.com to search through the various distros to find one that suits your needs.

I would rule out KDE and GNOME almost entirely though with those low specs..... may want to look at DamnSmall, Puppy, and E-Live

Well, you won't find one that supports Itunes. Amarok will probably be on just about any KDE distro(Kubuntu would be my choice)... Limewire will be easy to install on Kubuntu. Where you'll run into issues w/ your requirements, is the Ipod Touch. The Touch will only work w/ Linux, if you jail break it. The older Nano's and IPOD videos, work fine.

You need to upgrade your PC, pure and simple. You're wanting to run relatively new devices, on a PC that is about 6-7yrs old. Can it be done, maybe, but you're gonna need to get a PC w/ a little more muscle to do this.
