LiveCD in German or Italian

Maybe someone can help me to find the right Distribution.

I wanted to try and learn Linux by using a LiveCD. Those one I tried
(openSUSE,DEBIAN-live, Linpus-Lite, DSL, antiX and PUPPY)
were just in English.
I liked Puppy best but my English isn't good enough.
I also wanted to show Linux to my friends who only speak German or Italian.
Therefor my question which of the LiveCD-Distribution is offered in one of these languages. (I prefer a small Distribution openSuse didn't work on my PC)

Thank you

Thank you - I'll try it soon.
I also checked the links you gave me and via beginnerslinux I endet up with http://www.linux.org/dist/list.html.

That seems a great thing: you enter which language, which type of distro and it tells you an answer.

Thank you you helped me alot
