Live Distro with Tools

I'm looking for a live distro that has some network and administration tools built into it.

The network we have is Novell and Windows mixed. But I like using Linux to do some stuff. I already use Slax Kill Bill as a recovery CD.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

All live distributions have "some network and administration tools" built in. If there are specific tools you want, it would be better to list them.

You can use a relatively full featured live distribution, like Knoppix as a starting point.

Well, besides Snort, I'm not really sure to tell you the truth. Some information on the kind of tools available in a certain distro would be helpful too. How they could be helpful, etc.

Full liveCD/DVD distributions contain hundreds of packages, with thousands of programs. If you don't have specific needs, why not just download one or two and check them out?

Distrowatch lists 174 active liveCD/DVD distributions, with brief descriptions. Look through the list for those that match your requirements, download, burn, boot.

Helix is a superb live cd, it's geared up for forensics but can do pretty much anything admin wise as far as i've needed so far!
