I like to read opinions of users about Debian and Slackware and why i should use (or not use) this linux distro. I am currently a RH9 user but i like to change (nothing bad with RH9) to Debian or Slackware.
Also i would like to change to Gentoo but i have a very slow dial-up connection.
Moved: More suitable in the Distro forum and also where we have many upon many threads already covering this same question, with the same replies, from the same members, for the past 3 years..
I could have sworn another member asked this what, an hour ago or so? Take a look at the thread that says: How to pick a distro for yourself? right at the top of this forum. Probably gonna give you the information your seeking.
