Question Linux distro to work with Windows Apps on 2 GB USB Stick

I'm looking for a Linux distro in which I can run Windows applications and which can be run completely from 2 GB USB stick.

I've found it one day in the news, but I've forgot it's name. They were writing that this system is so similar to Windows that Microsoft was investigating it. It was awesome !

My machine is: HP t5520 Network Terminal with 128 MB Memory (16 goes to graphics card) and Patriot's 2 GB USB Stick.

Please HELP

I think you have seen something about WINE (WINdows Emulator). While WINE is good, compiling it from source could take you a lot of time. I recommend trying something like Ubuntu and adding the precompiled Wine packages. You can follow the Ubuntu instructions at this link: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Wine
