Unhappy KDE 3.1.0 - To much like windows for me.

Ok,

I am running slackware 8.1 and was running KDE 3.0.5 and it was great. I have upgraded to KDE 3.1.

I am not impressed, kmail seems to much like Outlook and XP.

I liked KDE 3.0.5 more then KDE 3.1.

Any comments ?

Is there really a difference? I mean really, the only difference between the 3.0 kmail and 3.1 kmail is that mailing list messages are threaded now. Liking one but not the other makes no sense....am I missing something?
