Is there such thing as a Hybrid OS with many distributions in one?

In case your not sure what I'm talking about. I'm looking to see if there's already a linux OS that has a debain redhat and slackware bases combined like a hybrid. As in its possible to receive updates from another distro or have programs that don't work on certain operating system running.

If there's no such OS, then I'll be the first to ever come up with the first hybrid ubuntu fedora opensuse OS meeting together at one single os for extra compatibility in programs, updates, and usability.

You will run into several showstoppers, like different library versions, packages compiled with different optional dependencies in different filesystem layouts, ... . Normally I wouldn't say something like that, but in this case: If it would work it would already exist.
