Is there a way in Linux to make the


computer go in SUSPEND or HIBERNATION mode that the CPU and Monitor shutoff and with pressing any key on the keyboard I can "wake" the system up where I left off?

I'm using Debian sid if that matters.

Yes, it will be in the Power Management panel of whatever DE you are using.
