Installing software on LiveCD

Hello guys!

If I install some packages on some LiveCD and HDD shows good I/O - where does that data go? To swap partition? Or to ext[x] (if I have it)? Shouldn't it remain in RAM?

On a Live system the downloaded and installed programs should remain in RAM. It may be possible that the system runs out of RAM and begins to swap, if a swap partition is in use. At no time it should write to your other partitions.

Which may be dangerous for data on that partition?

It really depends on the live distro. Most have an option for backing up data on an HD. Usually an image file is created for application or user data, and it shouldn't interfere with other data on the partition, but you should be prompted for this.
