If I created a SuSe Forum on my Linux Site would you use it?

I run Linux Gaming Warcry part of the Warcry News Network and I'm a SuSE user for my laptop purposes but the lack of a SuSE forum of any kind tends to annoy me. I can create one that's not "Official" but would be a place for SuSE users to gather and talk.

If you'd like to see one then please vote!

There is one that exists already:
www.suseforums.com

However, as you've noted, it's not "Official", and you should consult the sticked thread on this subject for more info ;)

Cool

Believe me, what makes a forum useful is not its "officialness", it is the quality of reponses you get from the users. Thus your best shot is to attract as most users as you can, some will be valuable, some will be annoying & valuable, and some will just be annoying....but what matters is that the valuable ones get talking! Obviously you have to contemplate that having a forum requires a serious commitment, if you are willing to carry on, please let us know!

If your forum is good, they will come!

By the way....since when did words like "official" start being important for true open sourcers?!?!?!?!!!!

I officially rock! :D

Words like 'official' are important to everyone for various reasons, regardless of their decision to take the 'word' to heart, I respect their decision to do so.

Cool
