I need a distro...
I've installed Redhat 9 on my main system. I think it's quite nice.
I have another system which I want to install some distro on. The biggest problem is that it only has 48 megs of RAM. Now I know that linux can run on virtually any system today, but since I am a newb, I would like to have some sort of GUI.
Suggestions?

hmm, 48MB thats pretty tight, you may be able to run X, but don't even think about running KDe or Gnome, run blackbox/fluxbox instead, they only take up about 600k of RAM, i dunno what kind of RAM X uses, i'm on my dads XP box now so i can't check.
basically you just want a very minimal setup, none of the extra services like canna, sshd, httpd, vsftpd...
