Help with Backtrack

Hello, does anybody have any good, semi-easy to follow guides on how to use backtrack in general or really good guides to any of the tools used in it?

Ive inherited a pen testing job and was previously a "better then average" linux user.

Sure, check out the backtrack forums, they have the information you need. I would point you to the link, but their site is blocked for me, since I'm at work.
