Hi everybody
I've just bought this notebook and i'm going to install gentoo from livecd ..

I boot from the cd, it loads almost everything but when it tries to show the X server I get these errors:
- No screens found
- Unable to find GLCore module

So I tried to change my mouse settings into "/dev/input/mice" and to select "vesa" instead of the Intel drivers and all i can get now is the white/gray screen, the mouse's cursor is a black "X" but seems that the system hung up and don't load anymore.

What should I do? I've no idea ..
Please help me!!

Sounds like the X server is confused about your video card.

Try booting up with the text installer option at the grub boot prompt.

or just go with the command line and follow the Handbook.

how did it go with this?? sounds like maybe you needed the 915resolution hack...
