Frontpage Server Extensions 2002 onto apache 2 and redhat linux 8

I am trying to install Frontpage Server Extensions 2002 onto (apache 2.0 and Redhat 8).

When I run the fp_install.sh I get error: -

/usr/lib/httpd/build/instdso.sh: No such file or directory

What RPM package should install this file?

Kind regards,
Paul.
