The most feature complete floppy linux I'm aware of is MuLinux. The most useful single floppy linux is tomsrtbt.

If you go to each distribution's web site, they provide the instructions.

Usually, if you have a Linux system, you can write each floppy with:

dd if=somefile of=/dev/=fd0

If you use Windows, you can download the rawrite utility (which should also be available at the distribution site), and just run it and follow the prompts.
