File system and > 2TB Files

I am using two ARC-1160 under Fedora Core 5 using kernel version 2.6.17. I have created a 5.5TB Volume and are attempting to create a single file on the volume that is > 2TB.

Does anyone have any information or can explain to me how to allow the Drivers / File system / whatever to create a file that is >= 2.5TB? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Pick a different filesystem.

Am currently using Reiser4. Do you have a different one that you would suggest?

Nope - I wouldn't expect you to have this problem with Reiser.
As I don't use it (either 3 or 4), I can't offer any hints either - sorry.
