fc3,fc4and GCC issue
 
is it possible to install fc4 without GCC and then later install GCC available withe FC3 (GCC 3.95) in FC4?

if yes ,how?

You can install FC4 without gcc. Its possible to install the gcc from FC3, but I think you may struggle with dependencies and may have problems with your FC 4 installation if you do not use the same version of gcc that was used to build some of the important system packages and the kernel. Is there any particular reason why you need an older version of gcc?
