does this special distro exist?

Hello,
I would like to know if there is a linux distro focused on booting without scanning hardware everytime it boots.
I see that linux boot process is slow because it checks everything everytime.
But my system is the same every time, no added hardware or interfaces.
Is there a distro or project (or customization procedure) focused on saving the hardware "snapshot" of the system so to be able to boot just loading a binary file in memory (few seconds, no waiting)?
Is there a linux distro whose boot process is only loading one file?

Nothing out there that I am aware of. It is easy enough to customize your own distro to speed things up though.

Start off with Bootchart and will tell you what is taking up time and how much.

Next you need to modify Grub , as that is what is actually doing the searching for the drivers.

Check this page out Note this is geared towards ubuntu but I have had success with many other distros.
