does KDE Neon have ubuntu or debian repositories?
 

just me worrying about other software because KDE NEON said on their website that the distro is just the desktop "KDE Plasma 5.8" packed with KDE software.
i would want to change my distro from Manjaro KDE to KDE Neon.
if they have the Ubuntu repos. or should i use Kubuntu with all the software i dont need.

i have good linux knowledge so that isnt a problem :p

According to https://neon.kde.org/faq, KDE Neon is based on latest Ubuntu LTS, so it will have the Ubuntu repos, as well as their own for the KDE side of things.
