Do I need to install IPcop on a separate computer

I want to install IPcop as a firewall. Do I need to install it on a
separate computer or can I install it on a separate hard drive?
Would the configuration be cifferent for this?

Thanks.=

ipcop is a Linux Distribution. You need to boot to it, so whilst you can certainly install it on a second hard drive, you can't run it at the same time as a normal operating system (excluding virtualization and all that of course)
