disk read error on ubuntu install

So the other night I wiped my harddrive on one of my computers and burned the ubuntu 7.04 iso onto a CD and popped it in. the menu loads up and when I select install I get the error message @disk error 80, ax = 4200, drive 9f@ at the top and @I/O error reading boot cd@ in a box that pops up. So I assumed it was a problem with the CD or iso so I downloaded it again from a different source and burned the iso again, same mesasge. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Check your burn speed and do it a 2x. Sometimes a CD burnt to fast cam give errors booting. Also are you checking the MD5SUM on that ISO and burnt CD? I have had CDs burnt at 8x on one cd drive that wouldn't boot on another cd drive.
