Debian torrent download not working!

Whats the issue?

Ok, I got the torrent from this link, all of you who might be facing similar problems can download it from there.

Another thing, I'm planning to make a shift from Fedora to Debian on my server, and had a few questions: Does Debian have SELinux support as well? I'm new to linux, but I like the way SELinux hardens a server, and would like to make it a prerequisite on any OS that I'm thinking about.
