Debian Extended Partitions

I'm installing Debian to use as a server. I have three primary partitions, and an extended partition with 5 logical partitions in it. However, the "Select Partition" screen (to create a filesystem on it) only shows the first 3 of my logical partitions. If I go back, CFDisk shows them all, and if I go to another terminal and check, fdisk shows them all. Why doesn't the "Select Partition" screen show the last two? Thanks.

Note: This only happens under the 2.4 kernel (bf24), not the 2.2. I have Debian 3 revisions 1.
