CentOS/RedHat repository?

Does CentOS or RedHat have a repository for files that needed to be downloaded like Ubuntu does?

I.E. http://packages.ubuntu.com/

Centos uses yum just like fedora, but redhat itself does not, as it's not something you should be doing on a commercially supported production server.

Did you bother to notice that the post you were slagging off was over 2 years old?
