Best Distro for Resume?

What's the best distro to know for getting a job? I'm pretty sure that it was Red Hat/Fedora, but I just heard that Ubuntu is currently the top *nix OS for desktop systems, though this isn't the same thing as a workstation at an employer.

The best distro is what the prospective employer is using. When reviewing resumes the HR department is keying off what the IT department is looking for and which resumes have that listed. Most employers wouldn't know any better if you managed Slackware and Debian servers for 10+ years when all they have is Red Hat.
