Best Distro for a Dell Poweredge SP590-2

I'm looking for a good distro to install on Dell Poweredge SP590-2

specs are
intel p90 x 2
80Mb ram ( to be increased to 128Mb+ when the simms are available from ebay)
512kb intergrated graphics
2x9Gb scsi HDD
1x4Gb scsi HDD
2x540mb ide HDD
32x Cdrom (scsi)
wangdat/hp dds1
3com 3c905tx nic

I was thinking of slackware or will this be too much for the poor old beast?
hopefully I'm going to have it run a web server and/or mail server.
I have some expericence of Unix (Solaris 5.2 and a certain TLA unix 3.2.4.2 and 5.02) so the more unix orientated the better.

I'd suggest something like Slackware or Debian (or a distro that's based on them like DSL, Xubuntu, etc.) Or if you want to get your hands dirty, Gentoo.
