Best dist for PPC???

Hi,

I've got a powerbook g3 that i wish to spice up with some penguin. I removed mac os, and installed YDL(yellow dog, rh 8 based). BUT the software for that dist was very outdated, and i like to live on the bleeding edge!

So im humbly asking this forum: which ppc dist is best, and most frequently updated?

i'd say wait for mdk 10 for ppc, 9.2 is also outdated if its "bleeding edge" you're after.
