Question Xrandr configuration in XF86

Hello all,

I am trying to bring up the screen rotate option in my XF86 Xserver, but for some reason i am unable to do it.

i have connected my external VGA display to my workstation. I am using XF86 version 4.8.0.

Please help me in configuring the screen rotate option for my workstation.

I've never tried this on XFree86, only org. I wasn't aware there were even people using XFree86 still.

Have you tried using the 'xrandr' command to rotate your screen? What video card and drivers are you using?
