If nothing works - I delete all the configuration files in my /home directory and start over - It does not happen often but it has happened (with Gnome).
Of course I back up all those files before I do that.
For xfce the directory holding the files is: ~/.config
But beware - it holds not only xfce-specific files and directories - some appear to belong to Gnome.
Copy that directory to somewhere (backup) and then delete it and start over configuring xfce - thats what I would do if I wouldn't know how to fix it.

only xfcalendar load and work after start up .but for example panel doesn't load (before this when i start up there was message for loading panel , xfcalendar,... but now only xfcalendar load)
1- did you mean i delete all of theme .config file and then ./configure && make And make install again?
2- is all of .config file for xfce4 in a specific directory?
3- do you know why it crashed (i only try to add layout switcher to panel that it happen!)?

tanks for reply

1. no - I mean: delete the contents of the directory ~/.config (this is: /home/<username>/.config)
2. AFAIK all of xfce's config files (your personal ones) are in there - deleting them would give you a default config like the first time you used xfce
3. no - if I did I would have told you

i delete ~/.config/xfce4 & ~/.config/xfce4-session but it didn't help me.my first page was change to default but it is no desktop and panel , ... yet!
this is new ls of them:
[root@localhost ~]# ls /root/.config/xfce4
afhistory mcs_settings xfcalendar xfwm4
[root@localhost ~]# ls /root/.config/xfce4-session/
[root@localhost ~]#

the last ls of them was:
[root@localhost ~]# ls /media/program1/config-backup/xfce4
afhistory ls-iconbox.rc panel xfdiff4 Xft.xrdb
desktop mcs_settings printsettings.xml xffm xfwm4
helpers.rc mixer xfcalendar xfrun_history
[root@localhost ~]# ls /media/program1/config-backup/xfce4-session/
xfce4-session.rc xfce4-splash.rc

Delete those directories (better - the whole ~/.config directory) while logged in using gnome or from the console - not when in xfce.
If you then still have no default environment back when you log in - I'm out of ideas.
Those files and directories are re-created if they are missing - just like the first time you run xfce.
If it does not start as if it was new after you deleted this directory - something else is broken.

i solved my problem by pressing Alt+F2 key in the dark xfce4 environment . run program box appear. then type xfdesktop for showing desktop and xfce4-panel for showing panel and ...
then when you want log out from xfce check mark(select) the save session option in logout page.after this you have this setting for xfce environment when you login.
