xfce4: autostarting application but not showing in taskbar

Hello all!

From some days ago I installed xfce4 desktop in an old notebook and I really like it.
I'm autostarting some applications (torsmo) on xfce startup. To do that I created a file $HOME/Desktop/Autostart/startapps which launchs my applications. That worked fine.
But now I'd like my applications not to appear on the taskbar nor on iconbox (there appears an icon for each application you are running).
As torsmo (the conky predecessor) runs in background I'd like that application not to appear both in taskbar nor iconbox.

Anybody knows how could I do that?

Thanks in advance,

PS: I'm using xfce on debian.
