Wine unable to create folders

In our LAN we use IPMsg to tranfer files between comps. Now I installed wine (latest) and got ipmsg working. Its working fine to tranfer files but a problem is that when someone sends whole folders to me .. then IPMsg is unable to tranfer the folder. Any Solutions?

Note that when I say "Send Whole Folder" means I can only see the folder name when I receive the msg. not the names of the files in it.
