Vim/Emacs on Gnome/Gtk
I am using Ubuntu and I wanted to install a GUI version of vim, but I see I have both a vim-gnome and vim-gtk package in my repositories. What's the difference? Isn't Gtk the base GUI toolkit for Gnome?
Also, is there a Gtk/Gnome GUI version of Emacs? I can see I have a package named emacs-snapshot-gtk and another package named emacs, but no package called emacs-gtk without the snapshot thing that gives the idea of a non-stable version.
