Using swap and page file on same partition

Hey I'm in college and I just convinced a few different teachers that I should do independent study on a few different topics. The problem is I'm a strong believer of keeping everything as minimal as possible. So I'm going have at least 5 different OS images running on my computer, I know I should use VM but I have a large amount of HD space that isn't being used, so I don't care that much.

I know its easy to get all the Linux/BSD to use the same swap but XP doesn't really like using a swap partition to run its page file on.

Does anyone know any tricks to get it to see and use the swap partition to run it or am I just stuck using the default?

I ran across a Windows driver for that very purpose here. I haven't tried this myself, but I was curious about the same thing when I had to run M$ on my machine. Let me know if you can get it working.
