USB Webcam pass through for RDP

I'm trying to connect to a Windows 10 desktop via RDP and I'd like to be able to use the webcam on my Linux workstation with the Windows desktop via some type of usb pass through. My Linux workstation is running Ubuntu 14.04.

I know that rdesktop does support forwarding USB disks. Can it support forwarding my webcam? Is there another piece of software that would handle this better? Thanks.
