Unable to create io-slave: klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_file'

Using Amarok and Juk to open any directory will get the error message : Could not start process Unable to create io-slave: klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_file'.
FC version is 12.
KDE 4.4.5.
