ubuntu will not boot from CD


I have burnt an iso file to a CD. It will not run from my laptop or Intel PC. I think it might have something to do with Sonic software I used to burn. Any Suggestions?

Did you "Burn Disc from Image"? And easy way to tell is to open the CD under windows Explorer. If you see one big *.iso file, you did it wrong...
