I have two monitors configured for Twinview. Unfortunately, a few programs, notably ioquake and youtube (in fullscreen), want to use both screens as a single really wide screen of 2048x768. Is there some setting that will prevent that and give me two separate screens on the same desktop, not a double wide screen? Or will I have to go back to the "Separate X Screen" mode in nvidia-settings and have to deal with having two separate desktops? It's annoying to have to disable a screen just to frag some quake bots.
