Tugging video when moving windows above(throught) it
 

I have successfully installed nvidia-glx-new in my Ubuntu 7.10. I tried the newest drivers but no sense. GLX is running, glxgears is about 11000FPS. But when I am playing video and moving window(e.g. konsole) above this video, video is "tugging" and "jumping" back-front-front-back.. etc. This problem can be solved with enabling desktop effects(FPS about 8000, but no video tugging), but I don't want effects. There wasn't problem with my old geforce 7300, but 8600 makes this. I'm playing video only with xv output, opengl and others doesn't run. What is a problem and solutions?
