Transparency doesn't work FC10

Hi Friends,

I am using Fedora 10 gnome, and desktop effects are enabled. Though my transparency was working alright(alt+scroll) at first, but now it has stopped working all other effects are working normally.

Is it anyhow disabled?
or I should install compiz again?

Do you have automatic updates working in Fedora?

What video card do you use?

It almost sounds as if you video card driver might have auto-upgraded...
