Toolbar?

hey guys i have a bit of a problem my tool bar( i dunno if its the toolbar , im running gnome and its the bar down the bottom that show your minimized, open windows and the workspaces)is missing :O
and i dont know how to get it back so if anyone could help me out that would be great.

I guess right clicking on the one that you still have and choosing "New panel" will do.Later right click on the new panel and select "Properties".There you can arange the position and the size of the new panel.Also,by clicking on the "Add to panel" you can select what you want in it.
